Epiphany

Well it’s sad to say, that this ugly duckling never grew into anything more than an ugly duck

By Meggan Rogalski

This poem is tryin to deliver a new message to its readers. It tries to convey a lesson or something more like a sudden realization of things. To me it tries to convey something about change. It tells me that change can be something good and that staying “ugly” wont help unless it starts with us.

The poem conveyed that the person never tried to change him/herself. The person reamined to be “ugly” throughout his/her life. With that the poem conveys to us that if we know we are not being good people then we need to start that change within ourselves.
