my childhood garden

my childhood garden

my childhood garden
lush and green
it was so happy it made me scream
my joy and hopes
and all my mopes
my childhood garden

my childhood garden
with the ups and downs
when i jumped i could not touch the ground
with my purle ponys
it made it homey
my childhood garden

my childhood garden
flying high
with the little lies
the grass fine
up in the sky my kite
my childhood garden

my childhood garden
now in the past
i now know that it can never last
now as i get taller
it was differnt when i was smaller
my childhood garden

The poem has so many descriptions of what a childhood is. Remembering the happy moments and the sad moments when people were still so small and very playful. The best definition for this peom is that it recreates the early childhood of moon, mom and mud.

The line that says when I jumped I could not touch the ground represents the moon. It symoblizes a type of happiness and joy that can’t be reached when we were children where there were no problems whatsoever. Mom is represented by the childhood garden. Like a mom is, is sympolizes nurturing and growth of how amohter cares for her child. The mud here symbolizes the playfullness of the child such as the line “up in the sky my kite” This shows the playfullness of the person when he/she was still young.
